Service content and scope
62VPN provides optimized network connectivity through international routes for accessing international websites, online work, streaming, and other lawful network activities. The current service covers 100+ countries / 210+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client availability that can be connected are based on the actual information shown on the service page and user panel.
The service is offered through subscriptions or traffic packages. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated according to the remaining days; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should choose a suitable plan for their actual needs and confirm its contents, traffic allowance, and applicable period before activation.
Account and subscription rules
Users do not need an email address and can create an account with a username and password. Account credentials must be kept secure and should not be disclosed to untrusted third parties. If improper credential handling leads to account access, traffic usage, or subscription changes, the account holder should address the matter through the user panel.
The service does not limit the number of devices, but each subscription is for the account holder and devices under that person's control only. Users may not resell subscriptions, publish subscription details publicly, rent out accounts, or continuously provide an account as a shared resource to unrelated third parties. Users may not occupy route resources abnormally through automation or take actions that affect other users' normal connections.
Plan fees can be paid through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund conditions and eligibility are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
Compliant use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is actually used, and must independently determine whether specific network activities are lawful. The service may not be used to infringe others' lawful rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, commit fraud, disrupt network facilities, send harmful information in bulk, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Users may not test, scan, or attack the service or related infrastructure, or attempt to interfere with account verification, billing, traffic measurement, or route scheduling mechanisms. Access restrictions imposed by a particular website, platform, or content service must be handled by users under that platform's applicable terms; 62VPN does not make access or content availability promises on behalf of third-party platforms.
Service availability and liability limits
Connection quality may be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target service status, route maintenance, and other external factors. 62VPN may adjust routes, node entry points, or technical solutions according to operating conditions, but does not guarantee an unchanging experience for any specific region, website, or route.
For temporary unavailability caused by necessary maintenance, network failures, third-party service issues, uncontrollable infrastructure interruptions, or user device configuration problems, 62VPN will respond within a reasonable scope. For indirect losses, business interruptions, or changes to third-party content beyond the service's control, liability will be determined under applicable law and the actual service relationship. These terms do not exclude user rights that may not legally be limited.
Account termination and changes to terms
If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale or ongoing sharing, attacks on service facilities, interference with other users, false payment information, or another serious breach of these terms, 62VPN may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Where conditions permit, the service provider may explain the matter through the user panel before taking action; related functions may also be restricted first to control an urgent security risk.
Users may stop using the service and are responsible for retaining any account information they need before doing so. Account termination does not affect lawful rights, payment obligations, or dispute-resolution arrangements that arose before termination.
62VPN may update these terms because of service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be highlighted through the user panel or other available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; users who disagree should stop using the service.
