Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data 62VPN processes when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, why that data is processed, and how users can manage it. By using the service, you confirm that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, stop using the related websites, clients, and user panel.

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the marketing pages, user panel, subscription management, client download pages, and network acceleration services at 62vpn.com. Data is processed to provide account features, complete orders, protect service security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the page experience, and is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.

62VPN does not build browsing activity profiles based on a user’s use of international routes, nor does it sell usage data directly linked to personal accounts. When data is no longer needed for account management, transaction processing, security, or legal obligations, it will be deleted or de-identified under the retention rules below.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

Account details: An account can be opened with just a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is therefore optional, and 62VPN does not make it a condition of opening an account. The system stores the username and securely processed password credentials for authentication, account access, and confirmation of subscription ownership.

Order records: To confirm plan status, process payment results, handle refund requests, and reconcile accounts, the system stores order items, amounts, payment methods, transaction status, and necessary transaction identifiers. 62VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Order records do not include content accessed through network acceleration connections.

Website analytics: When you visit marketing pages or the user panel, the system may process basic technical information such as page paths, visit times, browser type, device category, referring page, and IP address. This data helps identify page errors, defend against abnormal requests, and understand overall page usage. It is not used to reconstruct specific content accessed through acceleration routes.

Traffic usage: To enforce plan allowances, the system records the account’s total used and remaining traffic. This measurement is used only for subscription accounting and usage display. It does not include website names, page content, search queries, or message content.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

62VPN follows a no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, DNS queries, message content, or destination address lists that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. We also do not create network activity records for analytics, advertising, or user profiling.

Network acceleration connections and website analytics cover different types of data. Website analytics support the operation of the website and user panel; the acceleration routes themselves do not create long-term connection logs. If the system temporarily accesses necessary technical status information to handle an immediate fault or security incident, it is used only for that diagnosis and is not retained as browsing history. Aggregate account traffic measurements are not connection logs and cannot be used to determine which websites a user visited.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use necessary cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, interface language, session security information, and feature preferences selected by the user. These technologies keep users signed in, support page navigation, and prevent duplicate submissions; they are not used to store network access content.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, your login status and some preferences may reset, so you may need to sign in again or reselect them. If necessary storage is restricted, the account panel, order confirmation, or subscription management features may not work properly.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

When you pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, the payment instruction and necessary transaction data are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. Each third party processes payment account, payment authorization, and risk-control information under its own privacy rules and compliance requirements. 62VPN cannot control data independently collected by those third parties.

62VPN receives the information necessary to confirm an order, such as whether a transaction was completed, the order amount, and the transaction identifier, so that we can activate a subscription, reconcile an order, or process a refund. Before entering a third-party payment environment, users should read the provider’s privacy notice and review how it handles data.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account details are retained while the account remains in use. After a user requests account deletion, data directly related to account features that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified. Order and transaction data may be retained while needed for accounting, dispute handling, security review, or applicable obligations, and will be deleted once those purposes end. Aggregate access statistics may continue to be used for service analysis after direct identifiers are removed.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. To prevent unauthorized account actions, 62VPN may require the requester to complete account verification first. Once deletion is complete, subscription management, order lookup, and client download features that depend on the account will no longer be available.

When service features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change, 62VPN will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be explained on the website or in the user panel. Continued use of the updated service means that the user has understood the revised processing rules.
